1. Ultra strong and accurate mechanical system

1.   have ultra strong physical construction ,can be delivered under wicked transport condition ..

2. The Y-axis on the   delivers a horizontal precision of?0.1mm, 5 times higher than similar printers. The   quality is remarkable. The system can also be easily upgraded to 720DPI.

3. The  printers use the Japanese THK high-rigidity guide rail system, providing a low-friction and a smooth maintenance free motion. Japanese MIMAKI printers also use the THK guide rail system.

2. Image processing system

 use a Super speed CPU with only two PCI boards to process all the images.  SIX and SUPER-SIX also uses optical fiber technology to protect the data from any disturbances during transmission to the printheads.

3. Movement control  system

  1. Raster graphics are used to ensure the ink is dropped accurately, providing an accurate image every time

  2. Uses internationally renowned brand MEGADYNE transmission belts, which are durable and do not distort.

  3. Uses German Omron inductors with watertight plastic housing: offers good chemical resistance and withstands washdowns

  4. Both x and y direction use American Pittman motors which are smooth running, ensuring high feeding precision; advantageous for great width splicing. The y direction moves at high speed but has an extremely steady movement.

4. The Ink printing system

  1.  Uses an AC high power ink pump with a reputation of three years maintenance free operation.

  2.  Uses the America PALL filter (as used by VUTEK printers). These filters effectively protect the very valuable printheads and ensure both a high printing quality and prolong the printhead life.

  3. Uses an American imported pipe connection and ink tube which effectively prevents the leak of ink or air, and guarantees the output of high quality pictures.

  4.  All secondary ink box are durable and made of complete hermetic aluminium metal with a fixed stainless steel inductor inside.

  5. Positive pressure system:composed of a complete hermetically sealed ink pathway, incorporating the air valve, pressure release valve and air box.

  6. Can clean automatically during the printing process with set the times for self-cleaning intervals, safeguarding print stability and quality over a long period of time.

Printhead protection

  7. The Flash function during printing protects the printheads and keep the printer ready to print and in good condition at all times.

  8. Printhead protecting plate: protects the printheads when the machine is not working.

  9. Printhead bottom board: uses the processing center to ensure the fixed precision of the printhead is ?0.01mm, which allows adjustments to produce better quality pictures. (The precision for 720DPI is ?0.02mm).
